God took me on a different path than most. I worked in construction for 15 years before finally saying “yes” to full-time ministry. After graduating from Lincoln Christian University in 2008 with my BA in Church Leadership and Management with a Minor in Bible; I took a Student Ministry position at Jefferson Church in North Carolina where I served for 7.5 years.
In the summer of 2015 Union Christian Church called me to come and serve as their Lead Minister. I started my ministry here in October 2015. My three passions in life – preaching the word of God, serving with the leadership team, and watching people come to Jesus.
I have a beautiful wife Heather of 23 years. My wife is a Middle School Language Arts teacher. Together we have 3 children Madison (20), Dawson (18), and Riley (17) who keep us going in all directions.
I enjoy going to the gym, playing golf, working in my yard, laying in my hammock, and watching movies. I was born and raised in Indiana; but my heart lies with Kentucky Basketball. Go Big Blue!
