ON THE MARK . . .   

   If there ever was an opportunity to express your faith in our community . . It is now. Faith is an action word. James tells us "faith without works is dead". Several families within our fellowship have suffered great loss and will need our support spiritually, emotionally and financially in the months ahead. As they are waiting to get a plan and direction for their lives and property, we should be preparing to step up and help when the time comes.

   Men from our leadership will be checking on these families in the days ahead and reporting back with the anticipated help they need. Some will need a little help while others will need a lot. These times call not for idle words but action from us all. When the call goes out, answer it enthusiastically. The greatest testimony these people can have is God and His people were there when I needed them.

   Let’s anticipate serving together in the months to come.
