I want to say thanks to all of
the 40 Days of Prayer Small Group Hosts, Leaders and Participants. It’s been a
fast 8 weeks. It seems that we just started the study and now we are finished. I
have really appreciated the time that our group has spent together on Saturday
mornings. I have also heard exciting things from many of the groups.
Our goals for this study were to learn about Prayer, help us with our individual Prayer life, strengthen our relationship with Jesus Christ and build lasting relationships with each other. For me this study has met all of these goals and I hope that it has for you also. A few of the groups are going to continue to meet and will study other topics. If you would like to be in a group just let me know and we will hook you up with one of the groups. We will be starting a few new groups after the first of the year. I will have more details on these later. When a Christian shuns fellowship with other Christians, the devil smiles. When he stops studying the Bible, the devil laughs.
